Day #15 of Building a Startup to $20K MRR as an Indie Hacker

Log #1

Welcome to the 15th day of me working on a $20K MRR startup as an indie hacker and solopreneur.

I updated ABW Logs’s base font size to 16px for better readability of the texts. Images such as emojis are avoided 100% to provide more attention to the content as texts. This is me forcing me to read.

Today I resume my Boot.dev training for the Backend Developer path. So, I re-activated my Mullvad VPN account so that I can access the web app because in weird situation it seems like that Boot.dev is being blocked here in the Philippines.

Log #2

I started manually updating my personal invoice data to understand the relationship between the invoice, user, and client models. I need to create a migration script afterwards and stop punishing myself by doing this manually.

A cool feature came up to me that will enable users to upload old invoices as PDF and then the app will parse it and fill out the fields accordingly to create a new document. Personally this is a very useful feature because I already have old invoices lying around, and I want them documented through the app.
