Day #5 of Building a Startup to $20K MRR as an Indie Hacker

Log #1

Welcome to the 5th day of my attempt to build a $20K MRR SaaS factory startup.

It was a rough week for me personally, but I need to keep showing up. I am doing this aside from the full-time contract work I have with Elora, SA. So, there is a chance that sometimes I am too tired to work on my personal projects — you will notice the gaps between my posts and my GitHub contributions’ heat map. But I need to keep grinding, I need this to distract myself to keep moving forward.

Tonight, I will implement a new feature for Thinkvoice to manage clients. This will enable the app to store on a separate collection the client details and re-use them if needed.

I am working tonight while watching John Carmack’s interview with Lex Fridman on YouTube.

Log #2

The new feature is still a work-in-progress. The implementation is done, but there are a couple bugs to fix.

Bug that is causing the create and update APIs to fail is fixed, but it is already passed 11PM, so I better start wrapping up to take some rest.

Deployed and tested this new feature in production. Thinkvoice is now capable of handling multiple clients.
